overview

Triversity Construction underwent a full rebrand that launched in July 2023. To support the launch of their new brand, a new website was designed and developed. The new site included new copy, photography, and brand identity/design to capture the new look and feel of Triversity.

my contribution

I managed a small team of creatives to complete the website design and development within 6 weeks. I researched, planned, prototyped and developed the final website.

project kick-off

The turnaround time for the website was extremely quick, meaning we had little room for error and wasted time. Prior to our project kick-off, I created a project plan that included our vision, target audiences, deliverables, and timeline. During the kick-off, I received buy-in and approval from key stakeholders including Executives, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Operations. I established roles and responsibilities in a RACI chart for clear understanding and accountability on deliverables.

After our successful kick-off, it was off to the races, beginning design and content development for our wireframe.

next step: wireframing

Managing a quick timeframe, I worked in conjunction with our copywriter to make sure our branding guidelines, tone and voice were represented throughout the copy. I shared our first wireframe with our copywriter with placeholder text to understand where we needed language throughout the website and who our primary audiences were. I presented our final wireframes to our stakeholders and once we received approval, it was on to prototyping and creating our final website.

By aligning project stakeholders in the early process of the website redesign, we were on track through wireframing and prototyping. With only one round of prototyping and approval, it was off to finish the final design. See below for final pages of the Triversity rebranded website.
